Meet Helly the dragon ~ ! Isn't he cuddly?!

This is a gift (I wouldn't call it "art") for my beloved friend Eva "Karelia" Ibsen (:iconevaka-chan:).
It's her character, "The Dragon from Hell", made for her comic project. I just had to draw him :heart: :D
Btw. yep, his front legs are supposed to look bird-ish and the back ones should be more dragon-ish. He had scales on his tail and claws, but the scanner ruined them. Aww.
Uh, and Karelia-chan, sorry for messing up your character, I just had to make some changes, such as making his neck longer (After all, he's supposed to be a mix between oriental of western dragon, ne?) etc. Hope you don't mind.

Worktime: 2 hours +- with Asonance playing in my earphones. :XD:
